البيروقراطية العقلانية في فكر ماكس فيبر

Résumé: ملخص: يعد مفهوم العقلنة من المفاهيم المحورية في الفكر الاجتماعي لما حظى به من إهتمام و بحث خاصة أنه إقترن بالمجتمع الحداثي و ارتبط بعدة مجالات علمية على غرار الاقتصاد السياسة و علم الاجتماع . و لأن ماكس فيبر يعد أكثر المفكرين مساهمة في تحديد هذا المفهوم و ضبطا له، حاولنا أن نتطرق لقراءة سوسيولوجية للمفهوم وفق المنظور الفيبري من زوايا عدة كالمنطلقات التى استقى منها المفهوم و حدوده و أبعاده الجوهرية و علاقتها بالنظرية البيروقراطية. الكلمات المفتاحية: العقلانية، العقلنة، البيروقراطية، الفاعلية، الحداثة. Abstract: The concept of rationalization is considered one of the pivotal concepts in social thought due to the interest and research it received, especially as it has been combained with modernist thought and has been combained with several scientific fields such as economics, politics and sociology. And because Max Weber is considered the most contributing thinker in defining this concept and precise it, we tried to get into a sociological reading of the concept according to the Weberian perspective from several angles, such as the starting points from which the concept was drawn, its limitations, its essential dimensions, and its relationship to the bureaucratic theory.
