تعليمية اللغة الأجنبية في المدرسة الجزائرية بين حتمية الواقع وتطلعات المستقبل

Résumé: تعليم اللّغات الأجنبية هو تدريس لغة أجنبية أو أكثر مع اللغة الأم بقصد توسيع مفاهيم الطالب أو التلميذ، فيكون له القدرة على إدراك العالم وما حوله، وكل دولة لها أسلوبها في تدريس اللّغات الأجنبية، وتحتل اللغة الإنجليزية المرتبة الأولى عالميًا من حيث دراستها كلغة أجنبية ثانية في أغلب دول العالم نظرًا لأهميتها وكونها لغة العلم والتكنولوجيا والاتصال بعكس ماهو الحال عليه في الجزائر فنجد اللغة الثانية هي الفرنسية، ويهدف البحث إلى توضيح الواقع السّيء والمتدنّي لتدريس اللغة الأجنبية في المدرسة الجزائرية، وكيفية تلقينها للتلاميذ والتعامل بها، لما له من أهمية في تعزيز القدرات المعرفية للأطفال، وزيادة القدرة على التركيز وتحليل المعلومات وتقوية الذاكرة ساعين إلى تبيين واقع تعلم اللغة الأجنبية، والتطلعات المستقبلية لها في المدرسة الجزائرية، وهذا لما له من أهمية تؤهل التلميذ على التمتع بعدة مزايا اجتماعية واقتصادية، وفوائد عقلية، متبعين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. Teaching foreign languages is teaching a foreign language or more in addition to the mother tongue with the intention of expanding the student’s concepts, so that he has the ability to perceive the world. Every country has its own methods for teaching foreign languages. In most countries, the English language is the most studied a second language, due to its importance and being the language of science, technology and communication. However, In Algeria, French is set to be the most studied language. Thus, this research aims to clarify the bad and low reality of teaching a foreign language in the Algerian schools, and how it is being taught and dealt with as it is very important in strengthening the children’s cognitive abilities and increasing their ability to focus, analyse information and strengthen memory. Following the descriptive and analytical approach, this study seeks to clarify the reality of learning a foreign language and the future aspirations for it in the Algerian school because learning a foreign language apparently allows the students to develop their mental abilities and obtain social and economic opportunities.
