Résumé: It is obvious to precise that the handicap of deafness is among other different handicaps. The Coran has pointed out the state of such things by naming the case of hearing and sight several times, because hearing has operating after the birth of a child. In addition, it is provided of sleepiness. It is also considered to be as a device that allows having access to learning in a way it is said that you can hear more than you see. Thus, it is by hearing and the sight that you can learn science, the language and the speech, etc. Probably, the deaf handicapped pupils grow weak in physical and movement conditions in comparaison with ordinary persons because this is due to the lack of participation in some activities. In addition, they might be weak effectively to suit different movements, at the balance and the precision. Finally, to give rise to mental strain of the increasing canal of the internal ear. In addition, this type of pupils should be looked after by an education efficiently for their balance by the sight and the perception at the level of their legs and chiefly the big toe. Therefore, to help the deaf handicapped to overcome the feeling of this body and to master them. However, the statistics have shown that the number of handicapped persons by deafness in Algeria have reached 71800 persons during 2008. Thus, the researcher has observed by his visits on sites and laying on different and established researches since 2005 until 2007, that there is a lack of programs to practice sport activity in the bosom of schools of the special beneficiaries, and that concerns chiefly the schools small, deaf and mute children at certain wilayas. In addition, the aim of this study is to offer balanced sports activities and try to identify their influences on few modifications of movements within deaf handicapped pupils (9 -12 years). In fact, it was established to apply a group of tests on willful samples within pupils with deaf handicapped (20 pupils with immovable pupils, 20 pupils with experimental sample) using a test before and after, using balanced movement activities between these two later which results in: - The balanced movement activities have influenced positively on the ability movements of the pupils with deaf handicapped (9-12 years). - The balanced movement activities have influenced on perceptive ability of movements of pupils with handicap (9-12 years). - Existing gaps confirmed statistically between the tests of before the test of after with experimental sample, in all the current tests of the research. - Existing gaps confirmed statistically between experimental sample and immovable sample tests in the test of after in all the current tests of the research.
