النزوح البيئي بفعل التغير المناخي وإشكالية الاعتراف الدولي./environmental Displacement Due To Climate Change And The Problem Of International Recognition.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إبراز إشكالية الاعتراف الدولي بظاهرة النزوح البيئي بفعل الكوارث والتغير المناخي التي أصبحت واقعا حتميا لا يمكن تجاهله ووفقا لتوقعات البنك الدولي أن التغير المناخي سيدفع حوالي 143 مليون شخص للنزوح سنة 2050،انطلاقا من إشكالية مضمونها هل يمكن للنظام القانوني الدولي حاليا الاستجابة لهذه الظاهرة ؟هذا وقد خلصت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج مفادها أن النزوح البيئي يترتب عنه أثارا إنسانية وعواقب اقتصادية وحتى قانونية طويلة الأمد خاصة على الدول المضيفة للنازحين ما يحتم على المجتمع الدولي تكثيف الجهود و وضع نظام قانوني لمعالجتها وحماية نازحي البيئة. This study aims to shed light on the problematic international recognition of the phenomenon of environmental displacement due to disasters and climate change, which has become an inescapable fact that cannot be ignored, according to the world bank’s projections that climate change will push about 143million people to relocate by2050 judging from problem of its content, can the current international legal system respond to the phenomenon? the study concluded with a number of results that environmental displacement has long-term humanitarian, economic and even legal repercussions, especially on the countries hosting the displaced people, therefore it is imperative for the international community to intensify efforts and establish a legal system to confront it and protect the environment displaced people ا
