Caractérisation Du Béton De Terre À Base Des Matériaux Locaux

Résumé: Economic materials based on local natural products represent a certain interest as substitute materials, as earth is a natural material, locally available, low energy consumption and recyclable, these qualities make it the building material of the future. In addition, the wilaya of Adrar has many deposits that can be exploited in the manufacture of earth products. Our work aims to manufacture an earth concrete based on these local materials which have proven their use for millennia. We have targeted in this study, the preparation of an earth concrete stabilized with lime and cement from clay and aggregates (crushed sand and gravel) taken from selected sites. First, a determination of the physical and mechanical properties of the materials used (Clay, and aggregates) for the preparation of a poured earth concrete (Mixtures). However, we prepared earth concretes (Casted) from two mixtures of different composition (skeleton) and stabilized by 4%, 6% and 8% lime as well as the percentage cement 4%, 6% and 8%. , with the addition of fumed silica. In addition, we carried out series of tests on earth concretes (poured earth concrete) made from two mixtures in the fresh state (Abram's cone and vibrating table) and hardened (the crushing of the cylindrical specimens 15x30cm). The cylindrical specimens are stored at the laboratory level at ambient temperature for a period of 60 days and 70 days. In addition, the compressive strength of mixtures stabilized with lime is slightly higher than that of mixtures stabilized with cement, these results are preliminary. Because this subject (Cast earth concrete) is classified as a new project in our region.
