الإشهار الإلكتروني وتأثيره على سلوك المستهلك: عرض للأدبيات المتخصصة

Résumé: هدف المقال إلى تحديد تأثيرات الإشهار الالكتروني على سلوك المستهلكين، انطلاقا من العرض التسلسلي للأدبيات الأجنبية المتخصصة في هذا المجال والتي وظفت مناهج وتقنيات حديثة لدراسة هذه التأثيرات، وتوافقت معظم الدراسات في اختيار الوسيلة الالكترونية للغرض نفسه، وهي شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي التي تتميز بخصائص ملفتة للمستهلك المستخدم، توصلت هذه الدراسات إلى نتائج هامة، منها إدراك أهمية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التسويق والإشهار والإقبال الذي حقته لدى المستخدم، ودفعه إلى الشراء أو الاستهلاك مع توفر الوسائط التي تحقق ذلك. The article aimed to determine the effects of electronic advertising on consumer behavior, based on the serial presentation of foreign literature specialized in this field, which employed modern methods and techniques to study these effects. These studies have reached important results, including realizing the importance of social networking sites in marketing, advertising, and the demand that the user has, and pushing him to buy or consume with the availability of the media that achieve this
