Résumé: ملʝʳ الʗ ارسة تهʙف هʚه الʙ ارسة إلى معʛفة أثʛ الإدارة الإلؔʛʱونॽة في تʧʽʶʴ الأداء الॽʣʨفي ، ومȐʙ أهʺॽة هʚا الʘʴॼ ʨȞǼنه مʨضʨع جʙيʙ ، ومʧ الأهʙاف الأساسॽة للʙ ارسة أǽʹا معʛفة مȐʙ وعي الʺʨاʧʽʻʡ عʧ وجʨد وتȘʽʰʢ الإدارة الإلؔʛʱونॽة وȂ ازلة الغʺʨض والʱعʛف على مفهʨمها. تʦ الʨʱصل إلى الʱʻائج الʱالॽة : 1 /أن علاقة إدارة الʺعʛفة بʧʽʶʴʱ الأداء الॽʣʨفي في الʺʕسʶة تʱʺʲل في اسʱعʛاض كافة الأنʢʷة والʺʛʵجات Ǽʺا ǽʺʧȞ العاملʧʽ مʧ الʛجʨع الى أȑ مȐʨʱʴ معلʨماتي في أȑ وقʗ مʹى. 2/أن إدارة الʺʛسلات الإلؔʛʱونॽة تʕثʛ ʛʶǼعة وسهʨلة على تʧʽʶʴ الأداء الॽʣʨفي في الʺʕسʶة ، فهي تʕثʛ فعلا ȞʷǼل سȄʛع . 3/فعلا إدارة الȌॽʢʵʱ تʛفع مʧ فعالॽة تʧʽʶʴ الأداء الॽʣʨفي . *تʦ الʨʱصل إلى الʳॽʱʻة الʻهائॽة أن الإدارة الإلؔʛʱونॽة لها علاقة بʧʽʶʴʱ الأداء الॽʣʨفي . ح Supervision of prof : Prepared by: Zermane abedelkrim -Mokhtari Zakhroufa STUDY SUMMARY -Beaira khadidja This study aims to acknowledge the impact of electronic management in improving job performance,and the importance of this research as a new topic .Also, one the main objectives of the study is to know the extent of citizens' awareness of the existence and application of electronic management , removing ambiguity and identifying ambiguity and identifying its concept. The following results were obained: 1_The relationship of knowledge management with improving job perfomance in the organization is to review all activies and outputs in order to enable employees to refer to any informational content at any time . 2_The management of electronic transmissions affects quickly and easily the improvement of reference to any informational content at any time . 3_the management of electronic transmissions affects quickly and easily improvement of job performance in the organization ,as it really 4_The planning department actually raises the effectiveness of improving job performance . It is concluded that electronikc management is related with improved job performance .
