Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة دور الادارة الالكترونية في تحسين الاداء الاداري بالمؤسسات الرياضية وتأكيد اهميتها في تعزيز الاداء الوظيفي وتطوير واداء العاملين في المؤسسات الرياضية ،حيث اعتمد الباحث في دراسته على المنهج الوصفي وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي الادارة في قطاع الشباب والرياضة وتمثلت العينة في الموظفون الاداريون من مؤسسة مديرية الشباب والرياضة بالمسيلة وعددهم (30) موظف وتم واستخدام اداة الاستبيان في الدراسة ، ومن بين النتائج المتوصل اليها ان للادارة الالكترونية دور هام في تحسين الاداء الاداري بالمؤسسات الرياضية كما لها دور ايضا في تعزيز الاداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الرياضية و تساهم في تطوير اداء العاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية . الكلمات المفتاحية: الادارة الالكترونية –الاداء الاداري –المؤسسات الرياضية Summary: The study aimed to know the role of electronic management in improving the administrative performance in sports institutions and to confirm its importance in enhancing job performance and developing the performance of employees in sports institutions. The researcher relied in his study on the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of management employees in the youth and sports sector, and the sample represented administrative employees from The Foundation of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in M'sila, numbering (30) employees, and the questionnaire tool was used in the study. Among the results reached was that the electronic administration An important role in improving the administrative performance of sports institutions. It also has a role in enhancing job performance in sports institutions and contributes to developing the performance of employees in sports institutions.
