دور الحوافز في تحسين جودة الخدمات دراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للتامينات الاجتماعية للعمال الاجراء _الوادي _

Résumé: "الملخص حاولت الدراسة قياس أثر الحوافز (المادية و المعنوية ) في تحسين جودة الخدمات، حيث اجريت الدراسة الميدانية بوكالة الضمان الاجتماعي بالوادي، حيث صممنا استبيان الذي اشتمل على العديد من الأسئلة المتعلقة بالتحفيز المادي والتحفيز المعنوي وجودة الخدمات التي لها علاقة بموضوع الدراسة في الجانب التطبيقي كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة متكونة من 50 عامل في المؤسسة و تحليل البيانات و اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS.25V (وبعد تقدير النموذج القياسي توصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج من اهمها أن تطبيق التحفيز (المادية و المعنوية ) بوكالة الضمان الاجتماعي بالوادي يساهم في زيادة تحسين جودة الخدمة ." "Abstract The study attempted to measure the effect of incentives (material and moral) in improving the quality of services. The field study was conducted at the Social Security Agency in the Valley, where we designed a questionnaire that included many questions related to material motivation, moral motivation, and the quality of services that are related to the subject of the study in the applied aspect. As a data collection tool, it was distributed to a sample of 50 workers in the organization, and to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS.V25) was used. After estimating the standard model, the study reached many results, the most important of which is that the application of motivation (material And moral) at the Social Security Agency in El-Oued contributes to further improving the quality of service"
