Résumé: ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة حاضنة الأعمال في تنمية الروح المقاولاتية لطلبة الجامعيين و المنتسبين لحاضنة الأعمال بالمركز الجامعي مغنية ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانه وزعت على عينة من الطلبة حاملي أفكارمؤسسة ناشئة المقدر عددهم ب109 طالب،و تم معالجة بياناته بالبرنامج الإحصائيSPSS، ومقابلة شخصية مع مدير حاضنة الأعمال بالمركز الجامعي مغنية . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تكاملية بين كل من حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية والروح المقاولاتية من المنهج المتبع وتناولت مساهمة حاضنة الأعمال الجامعةكآلية لتنمية الروح المقاولاتية للطالب وواقعها على المركز الجامعي مغنية ، وتسعى من خلال نشاطاتها المتمثلة في التحسيس والتكوين وكذا المرافقة في تنمية الروح المقاولاتية للطلبة ودفعهم إلى ولوج ريادة الأعمال لتوفير القوة التكنولوجية الضرورية لخلق المشاريع وبالتالي تعزيز فرص وقوة تنافسية اقتصاد البلد. Abstract: This study aims to identify the extent to which the business incubator contributes to the development of the entrepreneurial spirit of university students and associates of the business incubator of the university centerMaghniaIn order to achieve the study's objectives, the questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 109 students with the ideas of an StartUp. The data was processed by the SPSS statistical program, and an interview with the director of the University Center's business incubator Maghnia. The study found a complementary relationship between the university business incubator and the entrepreneurial spirit of the curriculum and addressed the contribution of the university business incubator as a mechanism for the development of the student's entrepreneurial spirit and its reality on the university centerMaghnia s entrepreneurship ", and through its activities of sensitization and formation as well as accompanying students in developing the entrepreneurial spirit and driving them into entrepreneurship to provide the technological power necessary to create enterprises and thereby enhance the opportunities and competitiveness of the country's economy.
