أثر التفكير الإستراتيجي على الأداء الإستراتيجي – دراسة حالة شركة سونلغاز، فرع ولاية بشار The Impact Of Strategic Thinking On Strategic Performance - Case Study Of Sonelgaz Company, Bechar State Branch

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مدى وجود أثر لممارسة التفكير الإستراتيجي على تحسين الأداء الإستراتيجي، أين تم اختيار شركة "سونلغاز" فرع ولاية بشار كنموذج للدراسة الميدانية. وقد تم إعداد وتوزيع إستبانة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 33 مسؤول في الشركة، ثم تفريغ وتحليل البيانات المحصل عليها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS). وبالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين للإنحدار تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة، والتي أفضت إلى وجود أثر للتفكير الإستراتيجي على تحسين الأداء الإستراتيجي لشركة "سونلغاز" فرع ولاية بشار بمستوى منخفض. لهذا أوصت الدارسة بضرورة وعي مسؤولي الشركة بأهمية التفكير الإستراتيجي، وممارسته كثقافة جماعية شاملة. The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the practice of strategic thinking on improving strategic performance. SONELGAZ Company, BECHAR State Branch, was chosen as a model for the field study. A questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a random sample of 33 company officials. The data obtained were unpacked and analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS). Based on arithmetic averages, standard deviations and an analysis of variance of regression, the study hypotheses were tested, which led to the existence of an impact of strategic thinking on improving the strategic performance of SONELGAZ Company, BECHAR State Branch at a low level. Therefore, the study recommended the necessity of the company officials’ awareness of the importance of strategic thinking, and of practicing it as an inclusive collective culture.
