دور الكفاءات التنظيمية في تعزيز تنافسية منظمات الاعمال - دراسة حالة Sotuplast

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى ابراز مفهوم كل من الكفاءات التنظيمية والتنافسية والعلاقة بينهما في منظمات الاعمال، ومن أجل استكمال هذا البحث واسقاط الجانب النظري على الواقع العملي قمنا بدراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة SOTUPLAST من خلال توزيع استبانة شملت مجموعة مستهدفة من موظفي المؤسسة، ومن ثمة تم تحليل النتائج عن طريق برنامج الحزم الاحصائية SPSS24 من أجل استخلاص العلاقة بين الكفاءات التنظيمية وتنافسية منظمات الاعمال.. وخلصنا في نهاية هذه الدراسة إلى أن الكفاءات التنظيمية تساهم في تعزيز تنافسية مؤسسة SOTUPLAST من خلال الدمج الامثل بين مختلف العناصر التنظيمية. This study aims to highlight each concept of core competencies and the competitive advantage than we set the relationship between them in the business organizations. We achieve our theoretical study with empirical cases on SOTUPLAST Foundation by distributing and analyzing the results of a questionnaire for a targeted group of enterprise’s employees, through the SPSS24 statistical packages program. Finally, we concluded that organizational competencies contribute to enhance the competitiveness of SOTUPLAST through the optimal integration of various organizational elements.
