الحماية القانونية للطفل من مخاطر التخدير في المجال الطبي.

Résumé: الملخص. يعد التخدير من أهم الانجازات العلمية التي تحققت في المجال الطبي،حيث لعب دورا فعالا في علاج الكسور و العمليات الجراحية و التخفيف من شدة الألم لدى المرضى الذين لو أجريت لهم الجراحة من دون تخدير لتمنوا الموت عن استمرار الألم. و تعد مسألة تخدير المريض أمرا ذا خطورة بالغة، ليس فقط على سلامته بل أيضا على حياته فهذا النوع من التخصص يمتاز بالدقة بالنسبة لجرعات التخدير المعطاة، و بالنسبة لكافة تصرفات طبيب التخدير، سواء قبل، أثناء و بعد العملية الجراحية. إلا أنه على الرغم من الفوائد العظيمة للتخدير و حتمية استخدامه و تقدم تقنياته بشكل كبير فإن المخاوف من استخدامه ما زالت قائمة بقوة،خاصة إذا تعلق الأمر باستخدامه على الأطفال،-و الذي هو موضوع دراستنا-و لا شك أن هذه المخاوف مشروعة و مبررة. فاستخدام المخدر العام مثلا بالنسبة للأطفال- و هو النوع الغالب في العمليات الجراحية التي تجرى على هذه الفئة-قبل بلوغهم سن الرابعة يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تراجع في القدرات الإدراكية و نمو اللغة كما يمكن أن يقلل من معامل الذكاء. ففيما تتمثل مخاطر التخدير على الأطفال في المجال الطبي ؟ و كيف قام التشريع الجزائري بحماية هؤلاء الأطفال من هذه المخاطر؟ The legal protection of the child from the risk of anesthesia in the medical field Abstract. Anesthesia is one of the most important scientific achievements in the medical field. It has played an effective role in the treatment of fractures, surgeries, and pain relief in patients who had undergone surgery without anesthesia to prevent death from continuing pain. This type of specialization is accurate for the doses of anesthesia given, and for all the actions of the anesthesiologist, both before, during and after surgery. However, despite of the great benefits of anesthesia, the inevitability of it’s use, and the great advances of its technology, the fears of its use remain strong, especially when it comes to using it - which is the subject of our study - and these fears are legitimate and justified. The use of general anesthesia, for example, for children - the type of surgical procedure performed in this group - before they reach the age of four can lead to a decline in cognitive abilities and language growth and can reduce the IQ. What are the risks of anesthesia for children in the medical field? How did Algerian legislation protect these children from these dangers?
