تأثير رسالة التسويق الفيروسي عبر المصداقية المدركة للرسالة على نية الشراء ونية التوصية لدى المستهلك الجزائري

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر رسالة التسويق الفيروسي على نية الشراء ونية التوصية لدى المستهلك الجزائري بتوسيط المصداقية المدركة للرسالة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتجريبي، وبالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وبرنامج تحليل العزوم الإحصائية (AMOS) وطريقة الاحتمالات الكبرى، حيث تم تحليل استجابات عينة ضمت 423 مستخدم جزائري لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الذين يتبادلون الرسائل التسويقية فيما بينهم بطريقة فيروسية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: توسط جزئي للمصداقية المدركة للرسالة بين كل من رسالة التسويق الفيروسي ونية الشراء، وعلاقة توسط كلي للمصداقية المدركة للرسالة بين كل من رسالة التسويق الفيروسي ونية التوصية. كلمات مفتاحية: تسويق فيروسي، مصداقية مدركة للرسالة، نية التوصية، نية الشراء. The aim of this study was to reveal the impact of the viral marketing message on the purchase intention and the recommendation to the Algerian consumer via the perceived credibility of message. The descriptive and experimental method has been used, and using the programme of statistical packages of social sciences. (SPSS), and Analysis of Moment Structures Program (Amos) and the maximum likelihood method, where sample responses of 423 Algerian users of social media sites exchanging marketing messages were analysed in a viral manner. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: partial mediation of the perceived credibility of message between the viral marketing message and the intention to purchase, and a full mediation of the perceived credibility of message between the viral marketing message and the recommendation intention.
