منهجية التحسين المستمر(كايزن) وعلاقتها بتعزيز أخلاقيات العمل في ظل معايير حوكمة المنظمات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقات في مجملها إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين إستراتيجية التحسين المستمر -التي عرفت اهتماماً متزايداً بين الأكاديميين والباحثين في مجال التطوير الإداري- و ما مدى فعاليتها في تطوير وتحسين أخلاقيات العمل في ظل معاير حوكمة المنظمات التي تتبوأ مكانة كبيرة في سوق المال و الأعمال، و كان من أبرز توصيات هذه الدراسة السعي إلى تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر وتبني مفاهيم إدارة للجودة الشاملة TQMفي بيئة الأعمال لاسيما فيما يتعلق بأخلاقيات العمل، كما ركزت الدراسة على تعميق ثقافة حوكمة الشركات التي تهدف إلى تحقيق التنافس الأمثل و الأرشــد وتوفير بيئة عمل ملائمة أساســها المســؤولية والرقابة والالتزام ومراعــاة مبادئ الجودة و الإفصاح والشــفافية. These papers aim to identify the nature of the relationship between the continuous improvement strategy, which has known a growing interest among academics and researchers in the field of management development- And how effective is it in developing and improving work ethics in light of the standards of corporate governance, Which occupies a large position in the business market. One of the most important recommendations of this study was to seek to promote a culture of continuous improvement, And adopt the concepts of total quality management (TQM) in the business environment Especially with regard to work ethics, The study also focused on deepening the culture of governance that aims to achieve optimal competition and provide an appropriate work environment based on responsibility, control and commitment.
