Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الشمول المالي وإلى إستعراض واقع الشمول المالي في الجزائر وأهم معوقات تنميته والحلول المقترحة لتنمية الشمول المالي في الجزائر التي تتمثل في دعم البنية التحتية المالية (توفير بيئة تشريعية ملائمة، زيادة معدل الكثافة المصرفية، تحديث وسائل الدفع وأنظمة التسوية، توفير قواعد بيانات شاملة، تنمية العنصر البشري)، توفير حماية مالية أفضل للزبون، تنويع المنتجات المالية وتطويرها، نشر التثقيف المالي. The study aims to shed light on the concept of financial inclusion and to review the reality of financial inclusion in Algeria and the most important obstacles to its development and proposed solutions for the development of financial inclusion in Algeria, which is to support the financial infrastructure (providing an appropriate legislative environment, increasing the rate of banking density, modernizing payment methods and settlement systems, Providing comprehensive databases, developing the human element), providing better financial protection for the customer, diversifying and developing financial products, spreading financial education.
