واقع الشمول المالي وعلاقته بالاستقرار المالي في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع الشمول المالي وعلاقته بالاستقرار المالي في الجزائر، باستخدام المنهج الاستنباطي ومن خلال تحليل مختلف مؤشرات الشمول المالي والاستقرار المالي، توصّلنا إلى أن مؤشرات الشمول المالي تطورت بشكل عام لكن تبقى ضعيفة مقارنة بالنّسب المسجّلة على المستوى الدّولي، كما توصّلنا إلى تطوّر الاتّجاه العام لمؤشر الاستقرار المالي، وهو ما يعكس العلاقة التّبادلية بين الشمول المالي والاستقرار المالي في الجزائر، حيث يدعم كل منهما الآخر. فالاستقرار المالي يسهِّل تطبيق الشمول المالي، وهذا الأخير يساهم في تعزيز الاستقرار المالي. This study aims to analyse the reality of financial inclusion in Algeria and its role in promoting financial stability. Using the deductive approach and by analysing various indicators of financial inclusion and financial stability, we have found that indicators of financial inclusion have evolved in general but remain weak compared to internationally recorded ratios, we have also reached the development of the general trend of financial stability index, which reflects the mutual relationship between financial and financial stability in Algeria, where they support each other. Financial stability facilitates the application of financial inclusion, and financial inclusion contributes to enhancing financial stability.
