أثر الصادرات والواردات على تقلبات سعر الصرف في الجزائر دراسة قياسية (1990-2021)

Résumé: سعت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة ما بين الصادرات، الواردات وسعر الصرف الرسمي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1990-2021. تم إتباع المنهج الاستقرائي في الجانب النظري، بينما في الجانب النظري تم إتباع المنهج الكمي وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL. ومن بين أهم النتائج الني توصلت لها هذه الدراسة هي أن هناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 5% بين الواردات وسعر الصرف الرسمي. كما تبين أيضا بأن هناك علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 5% بين الصادرات وسعر وهذا ما يتماشى مع النظرية الاقتصادية ويعكس طبيعة تأثر قيمة العملة طرديا مع الصادرات نظرا للعلاقة العكسية بين سعر الصرف وقيمة عملة الجزائر. This study sought to investigate the relationship between exports, imports and the official exchange rate in Algeria during the period 1990-2021. The inductive approach was followed in the theoretical side, while the quantitative approach was followed in the theoretical side, using the ARDL model. Among the most important findings of this study is that, there is a statistically significant direct relationship at a significant level of 5% between imports and the official exchange rate. It was also shown that there is an inverse relationship with statistical significance at a significant level of 5% between exports and the price of exports. This is in line with economic theory and reflects the nature of the currency value being affected directly with exports due to the inverse relationship between the exchange rate and the value of the Algerian currency.
