تحليل وقياس أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول وسعر الصرف على الواردات الجزائرية خلال الفترة (1990-2021) باستخدام منهجية (ardl)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل وقياس أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول وسعر الصرف على الواردات في الجزائر خلال فترة زمنية من سنة 1990 إلى غاية 2021، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمنا منهجية نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع ARDL بالاعتماد على أسعار البترول وسعر الصرف كمتغيرات مستقلة والواردات الجزائرية كمتغير تابع. حيث تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى: • وجود علاقة طردية في المدى القصير والطويل بين أسعار البترول والواردات في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة، أي أن التغيرات الحاصلة في أسعار البترول تؤثر على حجم الواردات إيجابيا. • لا توجد علاقة بين سعر الصرف والواردات خلال فترة الدراسة، سواء في الأجل القصير أو في الأجل الطويل، أي أن سعر الصرف لا يؤثر على الواردات. Abstract: This research paper aims to analyze and measure the impact of fluctuations in oil prices and the exchange rate on imports in Algeria during a period from 1990 to 2021. To achieve the objectives of the study, we used the ARDL methodology based on oil prices and exchange rate as independent variables and Algerian imports as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate: • There is a direct relationship in the short and long term between oil prices and imports in Algeria during the study period, meaning that changes in oil prices affect the volume of imports positively. • There is no relationship between the exchange rate and imports during the study period, whether in the short or long term, meaning that the exchange rate does not affect imports.
