تقييم أثر جودة المعلومات في إدارة الكفاءات دراسة حالة مؤسسة حبوب الزيبان-القنطرة-

Résumé: الملخص:تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر جودة المعلومات في إدارة الكفاءات بمؤسسة حبوب الزيبان –القنطرة ، بإتباع المنهجين الوصفي و دراسة الحالة، وكذا استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت 97فردا ، استرجع منها 83 استبانة كانت كلها صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. وقد أظهرت النتائج على وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجودة المعلومات في إدارة الكفاءات و تحقق الفرضيتين الفرعيتين الثانية و الثالثة، لنخلص في الأخير إلى تقديم بعض التوصيات كضرورة دعم جودة المعلومات و تعزيزها في الأعمال و كذا الاستفادة من تجارب الشركات التي اتجهت نحو تطبيقات نظم المعلومات في تخطيط برامج أعمالها و تنفيذها. Summary :The study aimes to assessment the impact of information quality on skills management in the cereals zibans-AGRODIV- in El-kantara, , using both descriptive and case study approaches, as well as the use of the questionnaire as a tool to collect data on a simple random sample of 97individuals , of which 83 were recovered and all valid for statistical analysis.
