توظيف أدوات التسويق الالكتروني كآلية لتنشيط وترقية خدمات المؤسسات السياحية في الجزائر " دراسة حالة بعض الوكالات السياحية (بولاية بشار)"

Résumé: جاء بحثنا هذا ليسلط الضوء على مفهوم التسويق الالكتروني و الدور الذي يلعبه في ترقية وتميز أداء المؤسسات السياحية و تنشيطها، و توضيح أهمية أن تتجه جميع هذه المؤسسات إلى المنافسة في مجال استخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة في تسويق خدماتها و جودتها الكترونيا، حيث سنحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة إبراز مفهوم وأدوات التسويق الالكتروني للخدمة السياحية، و آليات تفعيله في ترقية وتميز المنتج السياحي لتأهيل القطاع السياحي والفندقي في الجزائر. This research is intended to highlight the concept of e- marketing and the role it plays in promoting and enhancing the performance of tourism institutions and their activation. This study Explain the importance of competition of all tourism services institutions in the use of modern means of communication in marketing tourism service and quality electronically. In this presentation, we will try to highlight the concept of e-marketing for the tourism service and the mechanisms of activating it in the promotion and excellence of tourism product to qualify the tourism sector and hotel in Algeria.
