التنويع الاقتصادي كخيار تنموي مستدام -القطاع السياحي المغربي أنموذجا-

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التنويع الاقتصادي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة باعتباره خيار وإستراتيجية تنموية من شأنها توسيع القاعدة الإنتاجية وتقليل الاعتماد على المورد الوحيد وتخفيض نسبة المخاطر الاقتصادية، وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة في القطاع السياحي المغربي باعتباره أنموذج لاعتماد التنويع الاقتصادي كخيار تنموي مستدام، وذلك من خلال تبيين أهم مقومات القطاع السياحي المغربي وتحليل وتفسير مختلف مؤشراته ومقوماته كونه يمثل ابرز مكونات الصادرات الخدمية ذات التأثير الكبير في ميزان المدفوعات وأحد أهم مصادر الدخل في الاقتصاد المغربي التي تساهم في زيادة إيرادات النقد الأجنبي. ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن التنويع الاقتصادي يساهم بشكل فعال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وأن القطاع السياحي المغربي بالرغم من تحقيقه نتائج مبهرة فيما يخص التنمية السياحية المستدامة إلا انه لا يزال يعاني من بعض المشاكل والتعقيدات التي تتطلب تضافر الجهود واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة بشأنها لتجسيد إستراتيجية تنويع الاقتصاد أكثر فعالية. Abstract: The Study aimed to highlight the importance of economic diversification in achieving sustainable development as an option and development strategy that will expand the production base and activate reliance on the single resource and reduce the proportion of economic risks, the sample of the study was in the Moroccan tourism sector. By analyzing and interpreting its various indicators and components as it represents the most prominent components of service exports with a significant impact on the balance of payments and one of the most important sources of income in the Moroccan economy that contributes to increasing foreign exchange earnings. One of the most important findings was that economic diversification contributes effectively it sustainable development and that the Moroccan tourism sector, although it has analyzed impressive results in it for sustainable tourism development, still suffers from some problems that require concerted efforts and action measures needed to reflect the diversification strategy.
