تعزيز الحقوق والحريات في ظل التعديل الدستوري الجزائري لسنة 2020
Résumé: يعد موضوع الحقوق والحريات ذا أهمية بالغة بالنظر إلى ارتباطه بمفهوم دولة القانون، والتي تتجسد في حماية حقوق وحريات الأفراد، وفي الجزائر اكتسى موضوع الحقوق والحريات أهمية بالغة منذ أول دستور للبلاد (دستور 1963 إلى غاية التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 الساري المفعول)، والذي جاء به الرئيس الجديد وتعهد ببناء جزائر جديدة تقوم على مبدأ العدالة والإنصاف وحماية حقوق الإنسان ولذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التعديل الدستوري الصادر في 30 ديسمبر 2020 على تعزيز موضوع الحقوق والحريات في الجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحقوق والحريات، التعديل الدستوري، حقوق الإنسان. Abstract: The issue of rights and freedoms is of great importance in view of its connection with the concept of the state of law, which is embodied in the protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals, and in Algeria the issue of rights and freedoms has assumed great importance since the country's first constitution (the 1963 constitution until the constitutional amendment of 2020 in force), which came with it The new president pledged to build a new Algeria based on the principle of justice, fairness, and the protection of human rights. Therefore, this study aims to know the impact of the constitutional amendment issued on December 30, 2020, on strengthening the issue of rights and freedoms in Algeria.
