Résumé: يعالج موضوع مقالنا تفكيك فكرة الخوف من الفلسفة في سياقها السياسي والذي نطمح من خلاله تبيان استراتيجية جاك دريدا في تفكيك النصوص الغربية لاسيما تفكيكه للقضايا الأخلاقية والسياسية لكل من الحق، الفلسفة والهبة. يروم دريدا من خلال استراتيجيته التفكيكية فحص الفكر الفلسفي الغربي برمته من يونان ما قبل التاريخ إلى الفترة المعاصرة، إنّ الإحاطة بإشكالية ميتافيزيقا الحضور التي فكك دريدا جذورها وأسسها القائمة على عنف المركز والأصل هي في الواقع إعادة الاعتبار للهوامش التي تم استبعادها والتي يمكن في نظر دريدا أن تخلق أسبابا للخلخلة و اللاّتوازن والتصدّع .
