العقد الاجتماعي عند جان جاك روسو The Social Contract At Jean Jacques Rousseau

Résumé: إن جان جاك روسو jean jacques rousseau 1712-1778 من خلال نظريته في العقد الاجتماعي يريد إعطاء البديل للمجتمع السياسي الفاسد وللحضارة والتقدم الذي أسس للتفاوت بين الناس. وإعادة بناء مجتمع سياسي فاضل يقوم على العقد الاجتماعي. وإن الهدف من هذا البحث هو تحليل التنظيم الاجتماعي والتأسيس والفلسفي الذي تقوم عليه الحضارة. وإن المنهج الذي استخدمناه هنا هو المنهج التحليلي المقارن حيث قمنا بتحليل نظرية توماس هوبز ونظرية روسو في العقد الاجتماعي. فهوبز يريد الدفاع والتأسيس لنظام حكم مطلق أما روسو فيريد التأسيس لنظام حكم فاضل يقوم على الحرية والرضا ويؤسس بواسطة العقد الاجتماعي وإن الإرادة العامة هي التي ستسيره فيما بعد : عن طريق القانون الناجم منها. Abstract: Jean Jacques Rousseau 1712-1778, through his theory of the social contract, wants to give an alternative to the corrupt political society and to the civilization and progress that established inequality between people: the rebuilding of a virtuous political society based on the social contract. The aim of this research is to analyze the social organization, foundation, and philosophy on which civilization is based. The method we used here is the comparative analytical method , where we analyzed Thomas Hobbes' theory and Rousseau's theory of the social contract. Hobbes wants to defend and establish an absolutist system of government, while Rousseau wants to establish a virtuous system of government based on freedom and consent and established by the social contract and that the general will is the one that will guide it later through the law resulting from it.
