Résumé: في إطار مواكبة التحولات على المستوى الدولي في مجال حقوق الإنسان ، تبنت الجزائر المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، ضمن أحكام التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 ، كهيئة استشارية مكلفة بحماية وترقية حقوق الإنسان على المستوى الوطني ، من خلال جملة من الميكانيزمات والأدوات المكرسة بموجب القانون رقم 16/13. Abstract: In the light of keeping pace with changes at the international level in the field of human rights, Algeria has adopted the national council for human Rights, within the provisions of the constitutional amendment of 2020, as an advisory body charged with protecting and promoting human rights at the national level, and that is through a set of mechanisms and tools established under Law No.16-13.
