Résumé: This article aims to hightlight the implications of communication technology for the quality of higher éducation in the university professor this. In the light of developments in the first two decades of the twenty-first century, and in particular the Second Decade, There has been a significant development in the means of communication and technology, owing to the inventions and innovations that the world has known today in all economic, technological and other aspects The Algerian University has used technology to make the educational process at. the Algerian University a success. We have conducted a field study at. the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at. the University of Mohammad Kheidr with a militarization, and used the interview as a tool to gather information on the implications of technology for the performance of the university professor, and the main question: What is the contribution of the means of communication technology to improving the performance of the university professor? يهدف هذا المقال إلى إلقاء الضوء على انعكاسات تكنولوجيا الاتصال على جودة التعليم العالي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي. وفي ظل التطورات التي يشهدها العقدين الأولين من القرن الواحد والعشرين، وخاصة العقد الثاني يحث حصل تطورا كبيرا في وسائل تكنولوجيا والاتصال، و سبب راجع للاختراعات والابتكارات التي عرفها العالم اليوم في جميع النواحي الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية وغيرها. فلجأ الجامعة الجزائرية لاستخدام تقنية تكنولوجيا من اجل إنجاح العملية التعليمية في الجامعة الجزائرية. و لقد قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في كلية العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة ، و استخدمنا المقابلة كأداة لجمع لمعلومات حول انعكاسات وسائل التكنولوجيا على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي ، و كان التساؤل الرئيسي ما هو إسهام وسائل تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي؟
