Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية اختيار هيكل تنظيمي سليم وتصميمه بما يتوافق مع موارد المؤسسة وطبيعة نشاطها. وقد أقدمت الشركة الجزائرية للـتأمين وإعادة التأمين مع نهاية 2011 على إعادة تنظيم هيكلها الإداري المركزي الذي فرضته متغيرات البيئة القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المحيطة. توصلت الدراسة بالاستناد إلى مؤشرات الأداء إلى أن الشركة حققت من خلال إعادة التنظيم نتائج إيجابية، حيث حافظت على حصتها السوقية بمعدل 13% مع تحقيق أرباح سنوية صافية معتبرة. كما عكست قيم مؤشر هامش الملاءة تمتع الشركة بصلابة مالية جيدة، وهو ما يضمن مصالح المؤمن لهم ويعزز الثقة لديهم، وبالتالي نجاح واستمرارية الشركة. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the importance of choosing a sound organizational structure and designing it in accordance with the organization’s resources and the nature of its activity. At the end of 2011, the Algerian Company of Insurance and Reinsurance reorganized its central administrative structure, which was imposed by the changes in the surrounding legal, economic and social environment. Based on performance indicators, the study concluded that the company achieved positive results through reorganization, as it maintained its market share at a rate of 13%, while achieving significant net annual profits. The Solvency Margin Index values also reflected the company’s good financial solidity, which guarantees the interests of the insured and boosts their confidence, hence the success and continuity of the company.
