النقد الكانطي من حدود العقل إلى كونية الحكم الإنساني

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى مقاربة الفلسفة النقدية الكانطية التي انشغلت بالتطلع نحو كونية الحكم الإنساني، فأحكام المعرفة محكومة بحدسي الزمان والمكان ثم الفهم فالعقل، وهي ملكات يشترك فيها جميع الناس. كما وحّد القيم الأخلاقية تحت سلطة الواجب الذي يخضع بدوره للقانون الأخلاقي، ونجده في الجمال يتحدث عن الحس العام المشترك الذي تتوحد فيه الأذواق وتتآلف معه الرغبات. كيف وظف كانط مشروعه النقدي في التطلّع نحو كونية الحكم الإنساني؟ وقد خلصنا إلى أن كانط عمل من خلال مشروعه النقدي إلى إعادة اكتشاف لمفهوم الحكم ونقله من مستوى الربط بين الحدود المنطقية إلى مستوى إلى مستوى تأصيل كونية وشمولية المعارف الإنسانية. The research aims to approach the Kantian critical philosophy that has been preoccupied Looking toward the universality of human judgment, as the rules of knowledge are governed by the two senses of time, place, and understanding, and reason, and are shared by all people. Moral values United under the authority of duty, which in turn is subject to moral law, and found in beauty, speak of a common sense in which tastes are united and desires are made. How did Kant hire his critical project to look toward the universal of human governance? We concluded that, through its critical project, Kant rediscover the concept of judgment and move it from the level of logical boundary-to-level linkage of the cosmology and globality of human knowledge.
