الفلسفة والأزمة السياسية – قراءة في العقد الإجتماعي لجون جاك روسو- Philosophy And Political Crisis – Reading In The Social Contract By Jean Jacques Rousseau

Résumé: إنّ المتأمل في حقيقة الفكر الفلسفي يجد أنه فكر لأجل حل الأزمات الإنسانية من حيثية مجالاتها المختلفة: الإجتماعية، الأيدلوجية، الإقتصادية، الثقافية وغيرها، ففي الوقت الراهن لم يعد ينظر للفكر الفلسفي على أنه فكرا ميثافيزيقيا همه البحث في الماورائيات، الأمر الذي ادى إلى نفور ثلة من العقول الإنسانية، وإنما باتت فلسفة تطبيقية تسهر على إيجاد حلول لما يصادف الإنسانية من مشاكل وأزمات في حياتها اليومية. وتاريخ الفكر الإنساني شاهد على هذا من خلال النتاج الفكري الذي ساهم به الفلاسفة في التطلع بالإنسانية والسعي إلى تجاوز أزماتها: كارل ماركس والأزمة الإقتصادية، فلاسفة الأنوار وأزمة العقل والمعرفة، هابرماس وتجاوز أزمات التواصل وغيرها من المساعي الفكرية التي صبت بشكل أو بآخر في هذا المجال. إنّ دراستنا هذه تبحث في ما عايشته الإنسانية ولاتزال من أزمات سياسية أطاحت بها من خلال استلابها وتعريتها من حقوقها وهذا بتوظيف مغالطات وسفسطات لاأساس لها من الصحة، قضية تنبه إليها "جون جاك روسو" ومالبث أن أمد الآخر بحقيقة العلاقة القائمة بين الحاكم والمحكوم وحقيقة ما يحق للأفراد وما يجب عليهم وهذا في حدود ما نصطلح عليه بالدولة، خطوطا عريضة لايزال يحويها مصدره العقد الإجتماعي الذي كان له الأثر الحاسم في التنوير السياسي الفرنسي وفي قلب موازين النظرة والفعل السياسي سواء من قبل الحاكم أو المحكوم، ليسترجع الفرد من خلاله مكانته التي لم يكن ليصل إليها دون المساعي الروسوية لحل الأزمة السياسية The meditator of philosophical thought notes that he has thought about the resolution of humanitarian crises from the point of view of their different spheres: social, ideological, economic, cultural and other, At present, philosophical thought is no longer considered a metaphysical thought: but rather an applied philosophy that seeks solutions to the problems and crises of humanity in its daily life.
