تحليل تنافسية الاقتصاد الجزائري من خلال تقرير التنافسية العالمية للمنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي Wef خلال الفترة 2010-2019

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى نجاح السلطات الجزائرية في جعل اقتصادها اقتصادا تنافسيا، وذلك من خلال تتبع مؤشرات تنافسية الاقتصاد الجزائري ضمن تقارير التنافسية العالمية الصادرة عن المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي WEF خلال الفترة من 2010 إلى 2019، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي في وصف وتحليل أداء المؤشرات، وتوصلت لمجموعة من النتائج تتمحور حول الوضعية الحرجة للاقتصاد الجزائري في تقارير التنافسية العالمية، ما يعكس فشل السياسات والبرامج التي سطرتها الدولة في سبيل رفع تنافسية اقتصادها وإدماج مؤسساته في الأسواق العالمية. The research aims to know the extent to which the Algerian authorities have succeeded in making their economy a competitive economy, by tracking the competitive indicators of the Algerian economy within the global competitiveness reports issued by the World Economic Forum WEF during the period from 2010 to 2019, where the study used The descriptive approach and the analytical approach in describing and analyzing the performance of these indicators, and reached a set of results that reflect the critical situation of the Algerian economy in the global competitiveness reports, which reflects the failure of the policies and programs that the state has set up in order to raise the competitiveness of its economy and integrate its institutions into global markets.
