Résumé: The study aimes to identify the contribution of university entrepreneurial education to the development of business incubators. We used the descriptive approach, and using a questionnaire prepared by the student. We distributed it to a sample of incubator students at the University of Kasdi Merbah in the Wilayat of Ouargla, and we concluded the following results: Both university entrepreneurial education and business incubators were average among the study sample members. We concluded that entrepreneurial university education has a role in developing business incubators Entrepreneurial education contributes to the development of business incubators by developing the personal and managerial skills of the human resource that contributes to the success of the institution. - It was also found that personal and administrative skills contribute significantly to the success of the entrepreneurial project and the development of the business incubator due to its connection with the human element, which is the focus of the management and leadership of the entrepreneurial project. Entrepreneurship as an open system and a field in which the entrepreneur, opportunity and risk are the basis, establishing an institution requires an educated person with characteristics that distinguish him from others, and a distinguished medium that helps him to do so, as we see now the role of universities in forming and developing the capabilities and values of entrepreneurial students and that failure is the path to success. - It was also found that despite the weakness of entrepreneurship initiatives in the Business Incubator, the students have the entrepreneurial personality that demonstrates the students' determination and strong will to create their own projects - It was also concluded that the female category is dominant in the business incubator, as a result of the large number of projects of a feminist nature, such as sewing, sweets and cooking, while young people prefer public institutions due to the nature of the prevailing culture in the region.
