الصكوك الإسلامية كأداة لتنشيط سوق الأوراق المالية - التجربة الماليزية-

Résumé: التنشيط يعني قيام فرد أو مجموعة من الأفراد أو شيء معين بجملة من العمليات بغرض إدخال، تعديل أو تغيير سلوك إنساني أو مكان أو محيط في إطار تربوي وثقافي وفق أهداف مضبوطة ومحددة. تأتي هذه الدراسة لتوضيح مدى قدرة ودور الصكوك الإسلامية على تفعيل سوق الأوراق المالية التقليدية منها أو الإسلامية، لعلها تقدم بعض النتائج التي تفيد قطاع الأعمال في مجال تعزيز ثقة المستثمرين في الصكوك المالية الإسلامية التي تعتبر كأدوات مالية حديثة النشأة. وذلك من خلال توضيح ماهية سوق الأوراق المالية الإسلامية (مفهومها، شروط قيامها، دورها الاقتصادي والتحديات التي تواجهها)، الصكوك الإسلامية أهميتها، أشكالها والفرق الجوهري بينها وبين الأسهم والسندات، في الأخير السوق الماليزي ودور الصكوك في تنشيط اقتصاده وتعاملاته . الكلمات المفتاحية: سوق الأوراق المالية – الصكوك الإسلامية – السوق المالي الماليزي – التنشيط. Abstract : Activation means that an individual or group of individuals or a particular thing a set of operations in order to enter , modify or change the behavior of a human or a place or in the vicinity of educational and cultural framework in accordance with the objectives set and specific . This study is to clarify the extent to which and the role of Islamic instruments to activate the stock market conventional and Islamic , to perhaps provide some results that benefit the business sector in the promotion of investor confidence in the financial instruments of Islamic financial instruments that are newly created . And that by clarifying what the stock market (Islamic concept, the terms of the establishment, its economic role and challenges faced ) , Islamic Sukuk importance, forms and essential difference between stocks and bonds , in the recent Malaysian market and the role of instruments in the revitalization of the economy and his dealings .
