أساسيات حول بورصة الجزائر

Résumé: يعتبر السوق المالي مركز حيوي في النظام الاقتصادي إذ يحكمه إطار قانوني وتنظيمي محكم يسعى لتحقيق التوازن بين عرض والطلب الأموال، وبورصة الجزائر كغيرها من الأسواق المالية تسعى لتدارك النقائص والثغرات، وإنتهاج إصلاحات والعمل على ضرورة الإنتقال إلى إقتصاد السوق الذي يعمل على إستقلالية المؤسسات وتشجيع الإستثمارات الأجنبية،وهذا ما يتطلب إرادة سياسية وإثراء قانوني يعزز من إستقرار الإقتصاد الكلي والإسراع في وتيرة النمو الإقتصاديللنهوض بالسوق المالي لمواجهة التحديات واللحاق بركب المراكز المالية المتقدمة. Abstract: The financial market is a vital center in the economic system as it is governed by a tight legal and regulatory framework that seeks to achieve a balance between the supply and demand of funds, and the Algerian Stock Exchange, like other financial markets, seeks to remedy shortcomings and gaps, and to pursue reforms and work on the need to move to a market economy that works for the independence of institutions and encourages foreign investments This requires political will and legal enrichment that enhances macroeconomic stability and accelerates the pace of economic growth to advance the financial market to meet challenges and catch up with advanced financial centers.
