دور نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية (nova) في معالجة محاسبة الأجور من2000 الى 2015 دراسة حالة مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز ورقلة ريفي - سونلغاز ورقلة -

Résumé: تهدف دراسة إلى محاولة إبراز دور نظام المعلومات الجديد لإدارة الموارد البشرية (nova) كأداة مساهمة في عملية تسيير الموارد البشرية و التخلي على نمط وأسلوب التسيير العتيق للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية الذي تجاوزه الزمن في معالجة محاسبة الأجور ولم يصبح ذو فائدة أو جدوى لسير الأعمال في ظل التوجه الجديد للجزائر نحو اقتصاد السوق، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة كان لابد من الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: كيف تقوم مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز – ورقلة ريفي – بفرز وتصنيف المعلومات داخل نظام المعلومات nova لتسهيل معالجة محاسبة الأجور ؟ للاجابة على اشكالية البحث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه أكثر ملاءمة لمثل هذا النوع من المواضيع وذالك من خلال جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتصنيفها وتحليلها وذلك بهدف صياغة الخلفية النظرية للموضوع كما سيتم الاعتماد في الجانب التطبيقي على منهج دراسة الحالة وذالك بالاعتماد على الطرق التالية: الزيارة الميدانية للشركة محل الدراسة ، والاعتماد على الملاحظة المباشرة والمقابلات الشخصية مع مسؤولي الشركة ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة إعتماد المؤسسة على نظام معلومات كفئ يلبي حاجاتها ومتطلباتها بإمكانياتها الخاصة. aimed at trying to highlight the role of the new information system for human resources management (nova) as a contribution in the management of human resources process and give up on the pattern and style of governance old Algerian economic institutions that outdated in dealing with wages accounting did not become a benefit or feasibility of the progress of work under the direction New to Algeria toward a market economy, and to achieve the goal of the study was necessary to answer the following problem: How does the electricity and gas distribution directorate - Ouargla rustic - sort and classify information within nova information system to facilitate the processing of wages accounting?
