أثر الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية على تحسين أداء المؤسسة–دراسة حالة مديرية توزيع الكهرباءوالغاز بالشلف–

Résumé: إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة، تمثل في محاولة معرفة مفهوم الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية، وأداء المؤسسة، إضافة إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين المفهومين، من خلال الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى تأثير الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية في تحسين أداء مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالشلف، و للقيام بالدراسة الميدانية و إسقاد الجانب النظري على الواقع، قمنا باختيار مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالشلف، حيث قمنا بلإستعانة بإستبيان نعرف من خلاله آراء الموظفين حول متغيري الدراسة، وتوصلنا في الأخير إلى أن الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية تـؤثر على أداء المؤسسة من خلال الأبعاد الرئيسية لها، والمتمثلة في مختلف الإستراتيجيات التي تقوم بها المؤسسة فيما يتعلق بالمورد البشري. The role of this study is to learn the meaning of the strategic human's resources management, and the institution's performance, in addition to find out the relation between, for these, we ask the principal question below: what's the effect of strategic human resources management on the institution's performance? Whereas we treat the theoretical part of the both concepts, and to treat the the subject in reality, we choose the electricity and gas distribution's company (Sonalgaz), for that we designed a questionnaire to pick out the opinions of the sampl's members, and when we get the results, we analyze it dependency on the spss program, and the result was that the strategic human resources management have a very important role in institution's performance, pending to the getting, keeping, and rewarding human resources trategics.
