الوقف والابتداء بين الصناعة النحوية والأحكام الفقهية

Résumé: الملخص: يُعدُّ علم الوقف والابتداء من أهم العلوم وأشرفها، وذلك لتعلقه بالقرآن الكريم، حيث يلعب دورا كبيرا في بيان المعاني القرآنية. ولا يخفى على الدارسين علاقة علم الوقف والابتداء بالعلوم اللغوية والشرعية، وهو ما سنبيّنه في هذا البحث الموسوم بـ"الوقف و الابتداء بين الصناعة النحوية والأحكام الفقهية"؛ وذلك من خلال بيان علاقته بالنحو والفقه، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا على ما ذكره علماء الوقف والابتداء وأهل النحو والفقه والتفسير. Abstract: The science of stopping and commencement one of the most important and honorable sciences, because of its attachment to the Qur'an, where it plays a major role in the statement of Qur'anic meanings. It is no secret to the scholars of stopping and commencement of linguistic and islamic sciences, which we will indicate in this research marked by " stopping and commencement between the grammatical rules and jurisprudence", through its relationship to grammar and jurisprudence, and to achieve this objective we have relied on what were mentioned the scholars of stopping and commencement and the people of grammar, jurisprudence and interpretation.
