Résumé: هدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهمية استراتيجيات تنمية الموارد البشرية في تحقيق تميز الأداء الوظيفي، مفترضة أن استراتيجيات التدريب، التحفيز والإبداع الوظيفي تساهم في تحقيق تميز أداء الموارد البشرية. لمناقشة الموضوع بحثت الدراسة في ماهية استراتيجيات تنمية الموارد البشرية وتميز الأداء، بالإضافة إلى انعكاسات الاستراتيجيات التنموية للموارد البشرية على تميز الأداء الوظيفي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه حتى تتمكن المنظمات من اللحاق بركب المنظمات المنافسة لا بد أن تسلط الضوء على الاستراتيجيات التنموية الثلاثة المتمثلة في التدريب، التحفيز والإبداع الوظيفي. This article aims to highlight the importance of HRD strategies in achieving excellence in job performance. assuming that training strategies, motivation and job creativity contribute to achieving excellence in human resources performance. To discuss the subject, the study examined the strategies of human resources development and performance excellence, in addition to the repercussions of development strategies for human resources on the performance excellence. The study found that in order to catch up with competing organizations, organizations must highlight the three development strategies of training, motivation and job creativity.
