التحول نحو النموذج البيداغوجي الرّقمي بين التغيير ومقاومة التغيير التنظيمي The Evolution Towards The Digital Pedagogical Model Between Change And Resistance To Organizational Change

Résumé: شهد بداية القرن 21 ثورة عالمية في ميدان بيداغوجيا التدريس، سنتناول منها النموذج البيداغوجي الرّقمي (الاتجاه الترابطي) وفق مقاربة نظرية سوسيو-معلوماتية للتعلّم. فتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال TIC كظاهرة اجتماعية حالية تحول مبادئ التعليم في المجتمعات المعاصرة، وتفرض على القائمين على المجال التربوي في المدارس، الانتقال إلى بيداغوجيا نشطة بالانتظام في هذا السياق المبتكر. إلا أن الجزائر مازالت تراوح مكانها في ميدان بيداغوجيا التدريس، من خلال استعمال النموذج التقليدي المتجدّد الذي يعتمد على التلقين ولو أنه يستعمل التقنيات السمعية البصرية في التدريس كوسيلة إيضاح حضوري. وهي النتيجة التي توصلنا إليها من خلال هذه دراسة ميدانية حول اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو استعمال المعلوماتية في الوضعية البيداغوجية. وفق مقاربة سوسيو-معلوماتية لتفسيرها. وهذا يعود إلى عوامل مقاومة التغيير النفسية، السّياسية، الثقافية والمعرفية... The beginning of the 21st century saw a global revolution in the field of teaching pedagogy, from which we will approach the digital pedagogical model (Connectivism) according to the approach of the socio-informatics theory of learning. Information and communication technologies (ICT) as a current social phenomenon transform the principles of education in contemporary societies, and force those responsible for the educational field in schools to regularly switch to an active pedagogy in this area innovative context. However, Algeria still holds its own in the field of teaching pedagogy, using the renewable traditional model, which is based on indoctrination, even if it uses audiovisual techniques in teaching as a means of presentation. We have achieved this result through this field study on the attitudes of middle school teachers towards the use of computers in a pedagogical situation.
