الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار في إطار قانون الاستثمار الجديد 22_18

Résumé: الملخص: تعد الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار من الهيئات الفاعلة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال إشرافها ومتابعتها لمختلف الاستثمارات في الوطن، وهو ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يعيد النظر في المهام المنوطة بها من خلال إصدار قانون جديد للاستثمار سنة 2022، هدفه استقطاب المستثمرين أجانب أو محليين بغرض الدفع بعجلة التنمية الاقتصادية للتحرر التدريجي من تبعية قطاع المحروقات في الدخل الاقتصادي العام. فقد أعاد هذا القانون تنظيم وتشكيل الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير للاستثمار مع تغيير تسميتها إلى "الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار"، ومنحها دور المروج الحقيقي والمرافق للاستثمارات من خلال خلق منصة رقمية للمستثمر كآلية جديدة لمرافقة المستثمرين، وتسيير حافظة المزايا والأنظمة التحفيزية. Abstract: The Algerian Agency for the Promotion of Investment is one of the effective bodies in achieving economic development through its supervision and follow-up to various investments in the country, which made the Algerian legislator reconsider the tasks entrusted to it by issuing a new investment law in 2022, Its goal is to attract foreign or local investors for the purpose of accelerating the pace of economic development for the gradual liberation from the dependence of the hydrocarbon sector on the general economic income. This law reorganized and reconfigured the National Investment Development Agency, changing its name to the “Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion,” giving it the role of the real promoter and accompanist for investments by creating a digital platform for the investor as a new mechanism to accompany investors, and to manage the portfolio of benefits and incentive systems.
