التشريعات الفرنسية للملكية العقارية في الشرق الجزائري 1830- 1850

Résumé: يعالج هذا المقال الفرنسية تجاه الأراضي والعقارات في الشرق الجزائري بعد توقيع معاهدة الاستسلام يوم 05 جويلية 1830م، وما صاحب ذلك من تطورات اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية، وبما أن الجانب الاقتصادي يكتسي أهمية بالغة في الأهداف الفرنسية لغزو الجزائر، فإن الإشكال المطروح في بحثنا هذا يندرج في أهداف فرنسا الاقتصادية في الجزائر وسياستها في هذا المجال، ونتائج تلك السياسة على الاقتصاد الفرنسي وانعكاسات ذلك على المجتمع الجزائري.ذ ويناقش أيضا القرارات والمراسيم التشريعية الفرنسية التي أصدرتها إدارة الاحتلال بين سنتي 1830 و 1850، ويحاول الباحث في هذا الصدد أن يتعرض بالتحليل والمناقشة محتوى تلك القوانين في إطار القراءة النقدية للسياسة الفرنسية في الجزائر بصفة عامة وكذا تعامل الإدارة الفرنسية مع الملكية العقارية بشكل خاص.
