مظاهر العلاقة بين التقييس وحماية المستهلك حسب التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: تسعى الجزائر إلى فتح اقتصادها نحو الأسواق الدولية الحرة التي تبني أساسها على مبدأ حرية التجارة و المنافسة، مما يستوجب على المشرع الجزائري أن يسن أحكام قانونية لحماية المستهلك من كل أنواع الغش و التقليد في المنتوجات و الخدمات ،و هذا من خلال فرض آليات وقائية كالتقييس و تفعيل تطبيقها على المستوى العملي . و في هذا الشأن ،تظهر العلاقة بين التقييس و حماية المستهلك في عدة مجالات منها الحماية البيئية و الصحية ،و الاقتصادية. و عليه ،تأتي دراسة مظاهر العلاقة بين التقييس و حماية المستهلك حسب التشريع الجزائري،ببيان كل هذه المظاهر ،وصولا إلى ضرورة تفعيل هذه العلاقة من خلال كافة الآليات الموضوعية و الإجرائية. Abstract: Algeria seeks to open up its economy towards international markets free adoption based on the principle of free trade and competition, which requires on the Algerian legislature be enacted legal provisions to protect consumers from all types of fraud and imitation in products and services, and this through the imposition preventive mechanisms as Standardization and activating applied to a practical level. And on this matter, they appear the relationship between standardization and consumer protection in several areas, including environmental protection and health, and economic. Accordingly, comes study manifestations of the relationship between standardization and consumer protection by Algerian legislation, a statement of all these aspects, right down to the necessity of activating this relationship through all the mechanisms substantive and procedural.
