مظاهر العلاقة بين التقييس وحماية المستهلك حسب التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: تسعى الجزائر إلى فتح اقتصادها نحو الأسواق الدولية الحرة التي تبني أساسها على مبدأ حرية التجارة و المنافسة، مما يستوجب على المشرع الجزائري أن يسن أحكام قانونية لحماية المستهلك من كل أنواع الغش و التقليد في المنتوجات و الخدمات ،و هذا من خلال فرض آليات وقائية كالتقييس و تفعيل تطبيقها على المستوى العملي . و في هذا الشأن ،تظهر العلاقة بين التقييس و حماية المستهلك في عدة مجالات منها الحماية البيئية و الصحية ،و الاقتصادية. و عليه ،تأتي دراسة مظاهر العلاقة بين التقييس و حماية المستهلك حسب التشريع الجزائري،ببيان كل هذه المظاهر ،وصولا إلى ضرورة تفعيل هذه العلاقة من خلال كافة الآليات الموضوعية و الإجرائية Algeria seeks to open its economy to free international markets that build its foundation on the principle of freedom of trade and competition, which requires the Algerian legislator to enact legal provisions to protect the consumer from all types of fraud and imitation of products and services, and this is through imposing preventive mechanisms such as standardization and... Activating its application on a practical level. In this regard, the relationship between standardization and consumer protection appears in several areas, including environmental, health, and economic protection. Accordingly, the study of the aspects of the relationship between standardization and consumer protection according to Algerian legislation comes with an explanation of all these aspects, leading to the necessity of activating this relationship through all substantive and procedural mechanisms.
