Résumé: بحث هذه الدراسة في الدور المحوري للعلاقات العامة في معالجة أزمة ندرة المياه في الجزائر، مع التركيز على عمليات شركة المياه والتطهير سيال في الجزائر العاصمة خلال سنة 2024، كما تهدف إلى تقييم مكانة العلاقات العامة في مؤسسة "سيال"، ودراسة دور العلاقات العامة كأداة محورية في إدارة الأزمات من خلال استكشاف استراتيجيات العلاقات العامة وفعاليتها في رفع الوعي العام بشأن الحفاظ على المياه، والتحديات في نشر المحتوى، والجهود المبذولة لتعزيز الثقة بين شركة سيال وجمهورها الخارجي. أظهرت الدراسة أن العلاقات العامة في شركة سيال تلعب دورا هاما في إدارة أزمة ندرة المياه في الجزائر، خلال المجهودات التي تبذلها يوميا من اجل نشر الوعي لدى بيئتها الخارجية حول الاستهلاك الرشيد للمياه و الحفاظ على هذا المورد الثمين. إلا أنها لازالت تواجه تحديات خاصة فيما يتعلق بتحسين التواصل مع الجمهور الخارجي وبناء الثقة معه. This study examines the pivotal role of public relations in addressing the water scarcity crisis in Algeria, focusing on the operations of the Water and Sanitation Company SEAAL in Algiers during the year 2024. The study aims to assess the standing of public relations within the SEAAL organization and investigate its role as a key tool in crisis management by exploring public relations strategies and their effectiveness in raising public awareness about water conservation, the challenges in disseminating content, and efforts to enhance trust between SEAAL and its external audience. The study shower that public relations at the SEAAL company play an important role in managing the water scarcity crisis in Algeria, through the daily efforts it makes to raise awareness among its external environment about the rational consumption of water and the preservation of this precious resource.
