Résumé: This research studies the impact of the integration of monetary and fiscal policy on unemployment in Algeria during the period 1990-2015, this study was based on the analysis of time series of study variables and the introduction of the appropriate econometric modelling of the economic relationship between the unemployment rate and The fiscal policy variables represented by real public expenditure, real public revenues and monetary policy variables represented by the money supply (M2) and inflation rate, using the short-and longterm cointegration relationships during this period with The econometric analytical approach, and through five chapters we have found in this research several results, the most important of which is a causalité relationship between public expenditure and the rate unemployment but limited in the short term, in addition to there an cointegration relationship between the Algerian study variables, which the decision makers must requires that economic policies be activated and their efficiency increased In creating jobs and activating domestic and foreign investment mechanisms in line with the development in the world economy.
