العلاقة بين ظاهرة البطالة ومعدلات التضخم في ظل منحنى فيليبس بالجزائر -دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990 2018

Résumé: تبحث هذه الدراسة في العلاقة بين التضخم والبطالة على المدى الطويل في الجزائر، و ذلك باستخدام البيانات السنوية من 1990 إلى 2018، عن طريق استخدام منهج التكامل المشترك. توصلت الدراسة إلى دليل ضعيف على وجود علاقة إيجابية على المدى الطويل، حيث تفسر البطالة تقلبات التضخم بنحو 17% وفقا لمعامل التحديد المعدل 2 R خلال فترة الدراسة، كما خلصنا إلى عدم وجود علاقة سببية بين التضخم والبطالة في المدى القصير. ويعود سبب ذلك إلى أن التضخم في الجزائر يتأثر بتوسع المعروض النقدي، سياسة الإنفاق العام التوسعية، بالإضافة إلى سياسة التخفيض المتتالي لقيمة الدينار. This study examine the relationship between inflation and unemployment in the long run in Algeria, using yearly data from 1990 to 2018,And using a cointegration approach. The study find weak evidence that a positive relationship exists in the long run, where unemployment explain the fluctuations in inflation by about 17 % according to Adjusted R-squared during the study period, we also concluded that there is no causality relationship between inflation and unemployment in the short run. this was due that inflation in Algeria is affected by the expansion of the monetary supply, the policy of public spending, in addition to the devaluation of the dinar.
