السياسة الاستعمارية الاقتصادية في منطقة حوض الشلف

Résumé: ملخص: تميز حوض الشلف خلال الفترة الاستعمارية بالعديد من التغيرات الاقتصادية الجذرية الناتجة عن ظهور البنوك والمؤسسات المالية،التي اعتبرت رمز التحولات الكبرى في المنطقة نتيجة ترسيخها للاستيطان بأبعاده الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والمالية. وما زاد المنطقة تميزا هو احتوائها على ميناء تنس الذي اعتبر محور التعاملات البحرية الرئيسية للمنطقة، والذي شهد مع مرور الوقت جملة من التعديلات لاستيعاب الحمولة الزائدة مساهما بذلك في دعم النشاط الاقتصادي للمنطقة. واعتمدنا في هذا البحث على مجموعة من المصادر والمراجع وبعض الوثائق الأرشيفية التي تناولت الموضوع ومكنتنا من تثمين أهمية المنطقة خلال الفترة الاستعمارية. Abstract: The Chlef Basin was characterized during the colonial period by many radical economic changes resulting from the emergence of banks and financial institutions, which were considered a symbol of the major transformations in the region that witnessed the consolidation of settlement in its social, economic and financial dimensions. What made the area more distinguished was that it contained the port of Tennis, which was considered the main maritime dealings point for the region, which over time witnessed a number of amendments to accommodate the cargo, thus contributing to the economic activity in the region. In this research, we relied on a group of sources, references and some archival documents that dealt with the subject and enabled us to discover the importance of the region during the colonial period.
