نمذجة أثر إدارة الوقت وضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين باستخدام أسلوب النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية

Résumé: تطرقنا من خلال هذه الورقة إلى موضوع إدارة الوقت كعنصر من عناصر تحسين أداء العاملين وذلك في محاولة الاجابة على اشكالية البحث التي كان الغرض منها تحديد التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة لإدارة الوقت على مستوى أداء العاملين في المؤسسات العمومية الاستشفائية بالجزائر في ظل تفشي وباء كورونا، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا التطبيقية على المنهج التحليلي القياسي لتحديد التأثيرات المختلفة بين متغيرات الدراسة والمتمثلة في متغير إدارة الوقت، متغير ضغوط العمل(كمتغير وسيط) ومتغير أداء العاملين وذلك باستخدام أسلوب النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية (PLS – SEM) على عينة مكونة من 98 فرد من منتسبي قطاع الصحة من أطباء وممرضين. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي مباشر وآخر غير مباشر لإدارة الوقت على أداء العاملين ليتبين في الأخير أن وساطة ضغوط العمل لإدارة الوقت وأداء العاملين هي وساطة جزئية تكميلية. Through this paper we touched on the topic of time management as an element of improving workers’ performance in an attempt to answer the problematic which was intended to determine the direct and indirect effects of time management on the workers performance level in the health institutions in Algeria in light of the outbreak of the Corona Virus epidemic, In our empirical study, we have relied on the econometrical and analytical method to determine the different effects of study variables represented in: the time management variable, the work stress (intermediate variable) and the workers performance, using (PLS – SEM-method) on a sample of 98 affiliates of the health sector represented by doctors and nurses. we concluded that there is a direct and indirect significant effect of time management on the performance of workers, so that the mediation of work pressures to manage time and the performance of workers is complementary partial mediation.
