محددات مساهمة قطاع الزراعي في الاقتصاد الجزائري " دراسة قياسية للفترة 1970-2016 "

Résumé: الملخص : من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية قمنا بدراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة المتمثلة في: انتاجية الأرض، إنتاجية العامل بالزراعة، مستوى التكنولوجيا و المكننة والمتغير التابع المتمثل في نسبة القيمة المضافة للقطاع الزراعي من الناتج الداخلي الخام ، خلال الفترة 1970-2016 ، و ذلك بالاعتماد على منهج التكامل المشترك ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ VECM. بينت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك أثر ايجابي لإنتاجية العامل بالزراعة على نسبة القيمة المضافة للقطاع الزراعي من الناتج الداخلي الخام بالجزائر، في المدي الطويل، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن العمالة الزراعية تعاني نقصا في معرفتها لأساليب الإنتاج العملية ووسائله الحديثة و كيفية استخدامها . وجدير بالملاحظة أن انخفاض مساهمة النشاط الزراعي في الناتج المحلي في الجزائر، يعود لارتفاع مساهمة النشاطات اللأخرى كالصناعة و الخدمات. ABSTRACT: The objective of this paper is to study the determinants of the contribution of the agricultural sector in GDP Algeria, over the period 1970-2016 using the Co-integration approach and the vector error correction model (VECM). The results of the study showed a positive impact of labor productivity positive effect of on the value added of the agricultural sector in the long term. The negative impact of the variable indicative of Mechanization, explains the lack of training and guidance for farmers and farmers. It is worth mentioning that the participation of agricultural activity in GDP has come to be with the relative structure of other economic activities such as industry.
