Résumé: ملخص : نظرا للأهمية القانونية لمجلس الدولة ضمن المؤسسات الدستورية ،اقتضى الأمر البحث في احدى جوانب اختصاصاته ، و نتناول ضمن هذه الدراسة البحث في الاطار القانوني للوظيفة الاستشارية لمجلس الدولة على ضوء التعديلات القانونية الجديدة ، و مدى تفعيل هذه النصوص لدور مجلس الدولة في هذا المجال مقارنة مع النصوص القانونية السابقة . Abstract: Because of the legal importance of the State Council within the constitutional institutions, this research was required in one of its aspects of competence, and we discuss within this study the legal framework of the consultative function of the State Council in the new legal amendments, and the extent to which these texts activate the role of the State Council in this field compared to the texts Previous legal.
