القيادة العلائقية وعلاقتها بجودة حياة العمل دراسة ميدانية على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بجرة بآفلو

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن العلاقة بين النمط القيادي وجودة حياة العمل لدى موظفي المؤسسة الاستشفائية بجرة عبد القادر بأفلو، ومعرفة الفروق في مستوى جودة حياة العمل تبعا للجنس والحالة الاجتماعية، تم الاعتماد على عينة قوامها (46) موظف وموظفة، باستخدام مقياس النمط القيادي ل(كاظم وسعدون ،2020) ومقياس جودة الحياة العمل ل (حليحل)، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لهذه الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين النمط القيادي المتبع وجودة الحياة العمل لدى عينة الدراسة وإلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى جودة الحياة العمل تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والحالة الاجتماعية عند عينة الدراسة. Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between the leadership style and the quality of work life among the employees of the hospital institution in Jarrah Abd al-Qadir Baflo, and to find out the differences in the level of the quality of work life according to gender and marital status. Kazem and Saadoun, 2020) and the quality of work life measure by (Hlehel), and depending on the appropriate descriptive approach for this study, the study found that there is a correlation between the followed leadership style and the quality of work life of the study sample and that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life Work according to the variables of sex and marital status of the study sample.
